The most straightforward way is probably looking at Mennagio -> ferry to Varrena -> train to Milan -> train to Milan Malpensa which is never going to be fast. The Varenna to MXP section is about 2:15 at the best of times. The ferry to Como from Mennagio is >2 hours all by itself so again not fast.

From Milan Central, you'll want to catch a train to Como S. Giovanni. I'm not sure you'll make the last C10 bus to Tremezzo, which is at 8.24 p.m., but it's usually easy to grab a cab out front of the station in any case. 2.
